PLEASE READ BELOW (INFORMATION ABOUT THIS COURSE)

HEART TRUST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISION NVQ Level 3 short course must be taken at MICAD Ltd. The certificate that you will receive from HEART TRUST through this training cannot be accelerated (Sped up).

You must start and end at the duration of the training of about Three (3) full months (counting only business days. We at MICAD Limited will be in charge of handling your full training and readiness experience and HEART TRUST will assess and certify each candidate after training.

In other words, you must do the training, as with all our other courses, you cannot just be certified without proper training and assessment.

After readiness training is complete at MICAD Limited there is to be a written and "on-the-job" assessment and a waiting period thereafter to receive the certificate through us after we receive them from the HEART TRUST NSTA.

NO STANDARD UNIFORM WILL BE ENFORCED, However, All must be appropriately dressed at all times for classroom practicals.

No informal dressing which highlights cleavages and/or brings attention to any part of the body is allowed.

We stress professional conduct and dress at all times. Projects, Group Assignments, Practicals, and Examinations are to be expected. Candidates who are working are required to complete practicals via video and submit for vetting to be able to complete course.

Learners will not be allowed to force or cause a "re-run" of any missed session.

It is to be duly noted that your tuition shown here is final.

You will not be required to find any more monies beyond that which is outlined above. The tuition covers your administrative, registration, facilitation, assessment, and certification fees.
